OHS Regulations require employers and employees to recognize and address bullying and harassment in the workplace. This course provides learners with information and insight to recognize and address bullying behaviour as well as strategies for advocating respectful behaviour in the workplace. Learners examine the definition, dynamics and impact of workplace bullying and explore effective strategies to stop the bullying cycle in an organizational environment.
This course will be beneficial for all levels of employees. Courses can be set up to maximize delivery to upper management, supervisors, or frontline staff.

A student is anyone in (or returning to/starting in the fall) High School, College, University, Private Skills Training School, or who is participating in their apprenticeship for their respective trade.
