Luckily this course will help give you the tools to be effective in your role!
In this course you will learn how to fulfill your role as a supervisor and about your your responsibilities under the Ontario law to manage health and safety in the workplace - while still being productive!
Once you understand what to do, the program will then give you the tools to do it.
Practical Compontent Includes (minimally)
We encourage you to bring company specific forms to class, however generic ones will be provided and will be availble to participants for on-going use if requested.
A student is anyone in (or returning to/starting in the fall) High School, College, University, Private Skills Training School, or who is participating in their apprenticeship for their respective trade.
CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED?
Please contact us, or have your worker contact us, if you are receiving Employment Insurance or other training assistance to gain employment as you may be eligible for a discount on your course.
Day rates are available for companies booking full classes. Additional fees such as travel costs may be on top of the training fee depending on distance.
Verification may be requested for Student Rates
Instructors had good energy, and clearly enough experience themselves.
On Site Training is Available for Groups of 6 or more with weekend dates available to minimize disruption to production.
